1. The established entrance schedule will be at 9:00 AM and the established leaving schedule will be at 8:00 AM

2. The free transfer is included in the rate for reservation for more than 3 passengers. Transfers of bigger groups of clients will have a minimal cost of USD 8 per person from the FOURTH passenger.

3. The free transfer is included in the rate based on a fixed schedule coordinated between the client and Casa Linda. The client determines the pickup schedule. The pickup will be performed from the airport, the bus station or any point established in the city of Arequipa. Any delay or cancellation in the passenger arrival that are not reported with at least 2 hours in advance to Casa Linda will be automatically charged to the passenger with a base rate of USD 5 per waiting hour.

4. The breakfast from Arequipa includes: Fruit juice (papaya from Arequipa), coffee, fresh milk or mate, bread from the region, cheese from the region or eggs, butter and marmalade prepared in the hotel.

5. Passengers should present their passport when arriving to Casa Linda in agree with Peruvian regulations.

* Every passenger will have the right to use the hotel amenities and also the computer with Internet, WI-FI activation, personal service.

* Every passenger could request for a free luggage storage service.

* Every passenger could coordinate the check out late, providing that the room is available; otherwise, the passenger could stay in the Casa Linda amenities during the waiting hours of his/her next connection.

* Every passenger could request for a special diet service during his/her stay, which will cost USD 8.00 per day.
