What type of rooms do you offer?
Casa Linda offers three types of accommodation based on your particular needs: Single, Double and Triple rooms.

What is the price range at Casa Linda?
Prices start at $24.00 per person in a triple room, $26.00 per person in a double room and $38.00 for a single room.

What do we offer in our rooms?
All our rooms have private bathrooms with 24 hour hot water, cable TV, international telephones and a wireless internet service. Rooms also contain a closet and work table, are well-lit and some have balconies or access to gardens. Bathrooms are supplied with soap, shampoo, toilet paper and hair dryers are available upon request.

What does the price include?
Room rates include airport pick-up and an Arequipa breakfast which includes fresh fruit juice (typical of the region), a hot drink of your choice, bread, butter and home-made jam as well as eggs cooked to your liking.

What services are available at Casa Linda?
Casa Linda is a welcoming 3-star hotel which, in addition to its comfortable accommodation, includes a restaurant, laundry, parking, baggage storage, foreign currency exchange, local tourist information and tours as well as other tourist services including the sale of flight or bust tickets to any national or international destination.

Do you take internet reservations?
Of course. Our rooms can be reserved in any of the following ways:

- On our web page www.casalindahoteles.com. Click on the RESERVATIONS link and complete the required form.
- By placing a 10% deposit using your credit card via one of the affiliated sites such as Instanrworldbooking.com, Hostelandbeds.com, Hostelsclub.com or Hostelworld.com.
If I wish to postpone or cancel my reservation, what do I have to do?
If you have made a reservation through our web page or by e-mail, you should call our reservations department at 51-54- 220027 or send us an e-mail to info@casalindahoteles.com. This should be done at least 10 days prior to the reservation date. If not, the postponement or cancellation will be subject to a penalty.

What kinds of taxes are foreigners charged?
As a visitor to our country you are exempt from payment of the 19% Value Added Tax (VAT) as long as your stay in Peru does not exceed 60 days. According to Peruvian law, in order to Claim this exemption, you must present your passport along with your International entry document to Peru when registering at the hotel.
